Creative Strategist Responsibilities:
- Continually inspire our clients and the creative industry by creating or co-creating game-changing ideas that shape the future of advertising
- Develop strategies and creative ideas that transform our clients’ business
- Roll up sleeves in flat creative organization to lead projects end-to-end – insights, strategy, concept, executions, pitch, production
- Lead brand and business strategy discussions to uncover business needs and creative opportunities
- Appetite for building ideas with a high level of craft
- Uncover brand and consumer insights to inform creative direction and help businesses connect with people in meaningful ways
- Develop holistic Meta innovative experiences (including Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, AR) that drive the key business goals of our top clients
- Partner with other Creative Strategists on the team, Sales partners, Product, Engineering and external agencies to make your and their ideas shine on the Facebook platforms
- Be a thought leader on how mobile technology is fundamentally changing consumer behavior and brand marketing
- Possess a strong passion for understanding people and deep desire to uncover new consumer behavior across various industries and platforms
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as creative working at creative agencies, innovation studios, in-house creative teams, startups or non-traditional content creators
- Experience delivering creative work on projects, across a variety of touch points with consistent craft and design skills
- Communication skills, experience responding to briefs creatively, presenting ideas and concepts to stakeholders, collaborating and iterating based on feedback from cross-functional partnersCommunication skills, experience responding to briefs creatively, presenting ideas and concepts to stakeholders, collaborating and iterating based on feedback from cross-functional partners
- Experience developing strategically grounded, insight-driven, creative applied in mobile, digital and offline mediums
- Ability to translate data into meaningful insights that inform creative decisions
- Proven experience in bringing an idea to life on a white board or presentation, to inspire and influence senior-level clients

Preferred Qualifications:
- Have a mobile first mindset and experience producing in the mobile first space
- Have a detailed knowledge of the Meta’s family platforms and their portfolio of products
- Creatively active on social platforms, passionate about the creators space, aware of what is trending in branded content and content, curious about how culture, creativity and innovation are joining forces and transforming the world (Maetaverse, AR/VR, Blockchain and NFT, AI, Gaming)
- Experience bringing ideas to life with high quality comps and prototypes using creative software and other tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Sketch, Keynote, etc.)
