Your New Role

The Social Media team is part of the Brand and Content Marketing team for EMEA streaming, and you will collaborate closely within the team to grow brand love and content fandom across social channels. You will act as the Social Media Manager for France and specialize to become an expert in the areas of: Original Productions (France), and Kids & Family, and Sports (incl. Olympics) on the pan-EMEA level.

You are part of the team leading Campaign Planning, Creative & Innovation for pan-EMEA social campaigns (organic, boosted & True Organic) activities across our 60+ streaming social handles. Your KPIs will be tied to Global Social as well as company objectives (sales and retention), and you will be responsible for creating full social campaign strategies, execution of these campaigns in collaboration with the in-house creative agency as well as the performance strategy & optimization for campaigns, and always-on activities across Brand and Content.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Launching the streaming service in France, incl. launching all relevant social media handles.
  • Leading pan-EMEA campaigns on French Original Productions ensuring creative & innovative campaigns from first brainstorm to final report on high-tentpole level in close collaboration with the local French team. You will work in collaboration with the social Performance team for optimal performance, timely and relevant reporting, audience analysis, collaboration w relevant partners. You will drive engagement and awareness through a mix of creative, innovative ideas & formats, and tried-and-tested best practices, and work to elevate French productions across EMEA where relevant.
  • Leading pan-EMEA campaigns on Kids & Family and Sports ensuring creative & innovative campaigns on main priority campaigns. Close collaboration with EMEA social team for optimal performance, timely and relevant reporting, audience analysis, collaboration w relevant partners etc. Drive engagement and awareness through a mix of creative, innovative ideas & formats.
  • Managing and owning your local Social Media handles – incl. the launch of any new, relevant channels.
  • Initiating, creating, planning, managing, executing, and evaluating pan-European organic social media campaigns focused on engagement, retention, non-standard activations, and community building for our brand and content.
  • Creating tailored, out-of-the-box content in collaboration with our in-house design team.
  • Working creatively with the content of the service to build awareness, drive engagement, and conversation on social media.
  • Creating and executing pan-EMEA consideration and retention campaigns on a title and brand level, and you managing, testing, optimizing, and evaluating these campaigns.
  • Owning the daily interaction with our fans, customers, and prospects working closely with the customer service team, ensuring they’re informed, engaged, and following our tone-of-voice.
  • Ensuring we are listening to, engaging with, and influencing our fans, prospects, and customers on social media.
  • Monitoring and reporting on audience sentiments and trends.
  • Staying on top of social media creative trends and ensuring top level social media marketing campaigns locally and on a pan-European level.

Skills and Experience

  • Solid experience in social media/marketing or similar.
  • Flexible mindset, ready to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Great understanding for and experience working with fan communities.
  • Great knowledge of and understanding for our brand and content and its values.
  • Skills in project and budget management.
  • Strong skills in creative ideation & copy-writing.
  • Strong campaign management skills and experience in campaign planning.
  • Fluency in written and spoken French & English. Great communication skills and relationship management.
  • A genuine, enthusiastic, and passionate fan of pop culture and new trends with knowledge and excitement for our content and product.
