The CEO Office France is hiring a Senior Director to create scale a nd leverage for the country lead, enabling them to be more responsive and accessible to all internal and external stakeholders, to build a deeper and more proactive relationship with customers, internal collaborators, and strategic partners, and to drive accountability and operational effectiveness.
The role will be based in Paris. We are looking for a self-starter who is collaborative and experienced in leading cross-functional projects and balancing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the Customer Engagement activities and reporting for the CEO France through coordination and preparation and follow-up of actions, including coordination of HQ Exec visits in country. This includes the preparation of Customer Boards / Quarterly Business Reviews per quarter where CEO France is involved. You will develop local Horizons Top Accounts Executive Engagement Coverage Model and Execution Plan:

  • Selection of top high potential accounts based on data driven + market knowledge criteria
  • Programmatic actions and Key Performance Indicators tracking for the aforementioned accounts
  • Governance to periodically review and update on action status of those accounts, including liaison with account teams, milestones to review etc.

You will support the productivity of the of CEO France, lead leadership meetings by owning the planning, agenda, notes and execution of action items and distilling discussions and thoughts from team meetings into operational plans. This includes communicating with urgency and appropriate discretion and transparency to keep the leadership team and stakeholders informed.
You will partner with the Executive Assistants to prioritize and enhance calendar activities and extend bandwidth of the CEO France by streamlining activities.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of professional experience including 5+ years working in business transformation, business value services, planning, process, strategy execution and/or project management experience
  • Collaborative, proactive, creative, with the ability to track and execute cross-functional projects to success
  • Strong ability to communicate across departments and lead through influence with Senior Executives
  • Adaptable, creative, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment and discretion with sensitive information
  • Experience developing executive presentations, documents, etc.
  • Strong written, interpersonal and communication skills; high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage in a complex, matrixed, global organization
  • Proficient in French and English
