Role: Core Account Executive

You would be selling the Customer Success Platform (#1 B2B platform) and all the outstanding applications including Marketing, Commerce, Service, Communities, Sales, MuleSoft, Tableau and Industries, which are all built on the Salesforce Platform. In other words, you would sell it all while using internal resources from prospect to close.

Role Description:

Salesforce is looking for a curious and upbeat individual with knowledge of technology and confirmed business-to-business sales and account management experience to join our Sales Commercial team to focus on the digital transformation of several accounts.

You will lead a Mid-Market Portfolio of 80 accounts (around 70% of Hunting and 30% of Account Management)

Key responsibilities are:

  • Build, share with an extended team (sales specialists, sales engineers, business development reps, customer success manager, engagement manager, strategic account advisor, partner account manager, marketing) and implement an account plan to deliver maximum revenue potential.
  • Lead entire sales-cycles addressing C-level executives the value of our full suite of applications.
  • Promote the Salesforce vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account specific central initiatives.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while crafting satisfied customers.

You will work closely with this Customer as a strategic trusted advisor to deeply understand their outstanding company challenges and goals. You will collaborate with them to promote solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organisation. You will give to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative and lively environment, as a valued member of our Trailblazers Community.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong background in consultative selling
  • Middle or Large accounts experience
  • Proficient in French and English

Preferred Requirements:

  • Strong written, verbal, presentation skills & methodological selling
  • Be creative & resourceful in strong problem solving
  • Consistent track record to lead an extended sales team
  • Experience selling at the “C” level is essential

Experience will be challenged based on a match to the main proficiencies for the position
