Overview of the Role:

The Office of Equality ‘s mission is to make Salesforce one of the most inclusive company in the world and we’re striving to create a workplace that reflects society. We also believe that Equality is key to performance. In order to contribute to this vision, we are looking for a result-driven and passionate Intern to join our international team covering the EMEA region.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of Country Equality Plans across EMEA, partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams. You will work with diverse internal and external stakeholders in order to put Equality at the center of everything we do as a Company. You will also gain exposure to top management and leaders across EMEA.
This position offers a unique chance to be involved in high-profile projects such as equality initiatives during the Olympic Games in Paris, under-represented minority programs, supporting our Employee Resource Groups, and many more.

A successful candidate will showcase team spirit while also displaying some experience in taking initiative and work independently. In you are curious, willing to work on different projects and you have an active interest in the field of equality, we really want to hear about you! Also, for the Analytical Spirits, note that our programs are firstly based on Data and you’ll have opportunity to strenghten your Data skills!

Responsibilities:

Program Delivery:

  • Support in the planning and execution of our Equality strategy for the Olympic Games in Paris.
  • Support the deployment of specific programs to promote diversity and inclusion in the EMEA region

Engaging Employees in the field of Equality

  • Engage with diverse groups of employees (Business Resource Groups) to foster an inclusive workplace environment, aligning with our Country-Level Equality Strategies
  • Support events’ organisation, communication and impact monitoring

Event Planning and Communication:

  • Assist in event planning and crafting high-impact regional and country communications
  • Coordinate logistics and content for internal and external equality-focused events.

Travel and Networking:

  • Availability to travel as required for supporting regional initiatives and events.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in the last year of your graduate study (e.g., International Relations, Business, Communications).
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Experience in delivering project(s) from start to end
  • Experience in developing partnerships with external organisations
  • Use of Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Forms)
  • Proficient in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master 2 or Master 1 in Business, communication, HR or other
  • French, German, Italian and/or Spanish is a plus
  • Interest in working with data tools (ex: Tableau)
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work autonomously when needed
  • Experience with the non-profit organisations, government or education sector
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) knowledge would be a plus
