Résumé du poste

Sous le responsabilité du Directeur de la Restauration, l’Adjoint Directeur de la Restauration dirige et coordonne l’ensemble des opérations F&B.

Il supervise le travail des responsables des différents points de vente et de leurs équipes en leur absence. Il participe au recrutement et s’assure de la bonne formation des équipes.

Il a pour mission de contrôler la mise en application des directives données par la Direction, d’animer les réunions de service, de communiquer des objectifs clairs et précis aux responsables des différents points de vente, et de les aider à les réaliser au quotidien. Il est également le garant de la stricte application des standards et de la satisfaction des clients des différents points de vente.

Il doit également assister le directeur du département dans le cadre de projets bien spécifiques ( ex : lancement des nouvelles cartes.. ), et doit le représenter en son absence.

Il travaille étroitement avec le service des achats “cost control” afin de fluidifier la logistique et flux de marchandises et d’obtenir les meilleurs ratios nourriture et boissons.
