As a Mail and Print Operator in our Document & Business Solutions team in Paris you will be responsible for the operational efficiency of our print operations and mail operations, as well as general Document & Business Solutions administration.

Job Responsibilities

  • Offer mail, courier and print solutions to meet the clients request with a cost effective approach
  • Monitor stock levels of consumables and order accordingly to maintain minimum and maximum stock levels
  • Monitor and control the production workflow and allocate job requests to operators to meet deadlines
  • Process external deliveries received into JPMC from receipt through to the final delivery using the agreed audit trail method to capture recipient signatures for ownership
  • Process outgoing mail and courier items utilising the agreed vendor services/software or hard copy request processes, managing relationship with suppliers and clients, including the oversight and reconciliation of supplier invoices
  • Quality control all production work ensuring everything is in line with user specification before delivery to the end user
  • Any reasonable ad hoc duties as required to support the line of business within the DBS remit/General Services

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrate an expert knowledge of the operational software packages required to manipulate print files and colour calibration: Free Flow Make Ready, Fiery, WFX, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of all production equipment including Xerox printer equipment, laminator, auxiliary machines and wire punch, with ability to provide technical support to all users
  • Excellent time keeping and attendance across the JPMC campus
  • Ability to demonstrate a flexible working approach to ensure staff/service coverage, supporting changes to process/volumes or demands placed on the service
  • Strong communication skills – email, phone and face to face communications to respond to clients requests/questions
  • Awareness of risk and controls measures to ensure they are adhered to preventing any service issues/breaches
  • C1 English required
