– Gestion administrative afférente aux salariés

– Responsable de l’exécution quotidienne des tâches de l’équipe et des procédures de l’entreprise
– Coordonne les activités déléguées afférentes aux salariés opérationnels et / ou administratifs, telles que définies par les politiques locales
– Veille à l’amélioration continue et à l’optimisation des activités
– Pilote la gestion, le suivi, le développement de la performance quotidienne des activités
– Veille à l’optimisation des coûts / gestion des instances.
– Met en place les reportings requis, les analyse et met en place les plans d’actions nécessaires
– Veille à la bonne application des règles de sécurité
– Peut-être amené(e) à participer au déploiement des projets transverses
Assister le Manager en assumant la responsabilité de supervision et de coordination quotidienne des activités de l’équipe. S’assurer que les processus et procédures soient réalisés à temps et de manière systématique et que les activités de l’équipe s’inscrivent dans la lignée des objectifs de l’entreprise et des exigences réglementaires.
