Your mission

Join dedicated Professional Services team and support Siemens customers in the adoption, configuration and deployment of our solutions!

One of the key missions is to ensure that our customers use our solutions in the best conditions and that adoption is as rapid as possible. We are responsible for training on the French market, and we collaborate with a global community. This gives an opportunity to interact with professionals from diverse geographic locations and cultural backgrounds.

As a Learning Architect, you will play a key role in training and supporting internal teams and partners, so that they successfully interact with customers and achieve their transformation and adoption objectives for Siemens solutions. You will define, develop and manage relevant and engaging training programs for the benefit of the Global Sales and Customer Success organization.

Your experience and interpersonal skills will allow you to successfully work with different stakeholders (Sales Teams, Services Teams, Customers) to align on learning objectives and find subject matter experts to collaborate with you on the creation of learning content. Learners’ comments on the relevance and quality of your “Learning Program” will be your key performance indicators.

This permanent contract (CDI) position (Status – cadre) is linked to our Châtillon (92), Lyon (69) or Toulouse (31) sites and is available as soon as possible. This role allows hybrid work (teleworking, office), we support flexible working arrangements.

Key challenges

  • Collect customer requirements to understand the goal, constraints and learning objectives to be implemented in the “Learning Program”
  • Design a learning strategy adapted to client’s constraints while maximizing the tools and resources available via the Siemens Xcelerator Academy
  • Collaborate with client’s business experts and service teams in charge of configuring and deploying Siemens solutions
  • Develop the training course and training materials required to cover the client’s educational needs
  • Validate the content of the “Learning Program” with the main stakeholders
  • Manage the development and implementation of the “Learning Program” and make the necessary adjustments based on learner feedback
  • Support trainers in carrying out training courses and if necessary deliver part of the training

Keys to success

  • Extensive experience in various training roles, ideally within a software development company
  • Proven teaching skills and experience in the architecture, design and management of “Learning Program”
  • Successful experience in developing learning content
  • Engineer with a specialty in the IT or engineering field (or equivalent experience)
  • Project management skills, strong organizational and leadership skills with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Standout colleague capable of working with everyone, including sales, technical and management teams
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with our internal customers, sales, pre-sales, services and support
  • Independent, able to show initiative, willing to learn and develop
  • Knowledge of Teamcenter, NX, Simcenter solutions is a plus
  • Proficiency in French and English, any other language skills are a plus
