DESCRIPTION

As a Principal Account Manager, you are driving digital transformations through effective engagement with C-level executives, business development executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and various lines of businesses for Global AWS Accounts. You are establishing Amazon Web Services as the key cloud technology provider across the strategic accounts you manage, promoting the entire AWS products and services portfolio to Global Customers.

On a daily basis you empower your customers to solve challenges while attaining both their operational and innovation goals. You deliver business outcomes while guiding them to become more agile, innovative, and efficient. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of experience in quota carrying technology field sales, working with large enterprise customers
• Experience developing long-term technology transformation account strategies
• Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives and executive leadership teams
• Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing strategic technology projects
• Working knowledge of how enterprise customers leverage technology to drive business outcomes.
• Have a consultative selling approach and stay insatiably curious about how you can help our customers and are committed to earning their trust every single day
• Adherence to the highest standards and works hard to influence product roadmaps that align with customer and industry requirements.
• Fluency in French and English required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with global financial services companies or ISVs
• Understanding of AWS and technology as a service i.e. SaaS, IaaS, PaaS
• Working knowledge of the technology stack i.e. servers, operating systems, databases, data centers, networking
• Experience in technology consulting, organizational change, or product development
• Experience working on public cloud migrations, born in the cloud projects or mainframe transformation
