Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a talented, self-directed Startup Marketing Manager to develop, lead, and execute France Marketing for the Startup segment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the country marketing strategy for the startup business segment, accelerating awareness and adoption of AWS’s cloud computing platform, services and solutions through a proactive, data-driven approach. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast growing business.
The Startup Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing and measuring highly impactful local and EMEA marketing campaigns and programs. This includes establishing a good understanding of the customer decision journey, creating a contact and nurture program, closely partnering with key stakeholders to build and accelerate the Marketing-generated pipeline in the segment. You will also be acting as a key liaison to the EMEA marketing functions.
The role requires you to work collaboratively with the local sales organization, business development and the global marketing teams, to build brand awareness in the startup community and utilize a variety of channels including email, social, web and digital advertising next to providing support for Trade shows and/or Corporate Events.
Key job responsibilities
1. Oversee all aspects of the France SUP Marketing and Acquisition Plan(e.g. corp events and trade shows, digital media campaigns, search marketing, social media, virtual events, email, AWS owned and operated channels), including managing external vendors and agencies, allocating budget, developing strategy, analysis of results, and ongoing optimization.
2. Partner closely with the EMEA Startup Marketing team to drive global and regional campaigns in France.
3. Set goals, track and optimize performance with the France Startup Sale team. Report results, generate insights and share learnings across the entire customer journey.
4. Foster the culture of marketing innovation, built on data to measure and understand customer success.
5. Be an excellent verbal and written communicator with strong analytic, and quantitative skills.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 7+ years of professional marketing experience across strategy, operations and programs, preferably in a BtoB environment.
• Experience with marketing technologies, martech stack, across marketing automation, paid and social media platforms, CRM, data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities, roll up your sleeves and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience building and executing marketing programs in France
• Proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of staying on budget.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Superior oral and written communication skills at an executive level with an innate attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or relevant field of study.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Masters degree, MBA or Bac+5 preferred for the role.
