Key job responsibilities
– Customer-Focus: Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and pain points related to our deliveries, both existing and potential. Use that knowledge to advocate for/drive delivery of studies and services that enable Amazon to provide customers with an exceptional delivery experience.
– Customer Research and Analytics: Design, execute, and analyze customer research to evaluate delivery experience and operational excellence, then recommending and following-through on solutions.
– Stakeholder management: Build strong relationships with multi-disciplinary stakeholders around the globe to understand and evaluate business priorities, define shared opportunities and requirements, and establish information sharing mechanisms. Work alongside stakeholders to define and execute innovative solutions for your customers while influencing with and without authority.
– Deliver Results: Lead large and complex process improvement efforts incl. scope alignment with local and international teams, data analysis, and presenting results to senior management.
– Manage Ambiguity: Understand complex business problems across departments and manage several competing priorities ensuring critical projects remain visible to senior leadership and stakeholders.
About the team
At Amazon Logistics (AMZL), we are building a world-class last mile operation, where Last Mile Delivery Experience (LMDX) plays a key role. In LMDX we work for our customers. We aim to fulfill their necessities and delight them, building a consisting but customized delivery experience. We are continuously anticipating their needs by building the processes and products needed to make this happen.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Master’s Degree
– Operational experience
– Proven track record of senior stakeholders engagement
– Advanced excel and data analysis skills
– Experience in program management, customer research and analytics, and/or customer experience/success
– Fluent in French and English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Knowledge of continuous improvement concepts (Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques)
– Problem Solving and analytical mind-set: You pay attention to detail and coordinate the right stakeholders to ensure the right data is available. You drive different teams to understand the root causes of issues and establish the right actions to solve the problem.
– Entrepreneurial mindset: You are excited about finding new opportunities, develop ideas independently and thrive in fast-paced environment.
– Business judgment: You deliver results that are critical for the business and are able to influence other stakeholders.
– You are a strong communicator (oral and written) with experience in facilitation across all levels; skilled at addressing both large and small audiences across multiple leadership levels and functions.
– You are highly organized, able to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with limited guidance and tight deadlines
– Ability to travel in France
– Experience in transportation delivery industry, retail or carrier operations are advantageous.
