- The Courtyard by Marriott Paris Porte de Versailles, 4* is a 350 rooms and suites hotel. We offer several meeting rooms, a business center, a restaurant, a bar, a patio for sunny days and a gym.
- Our hotel, thanks to its location right next to the “Parc des Expositions” is very well liked by the local customers as well as by business and tourism customers.

- To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a Revenue Manager.
Your main responsibilities and missions (non-exhaustive) include, among others:
- To participate in administrative activities, such as the preparation and adaptation of the hotel strategic plan, drawing up the budget, turnover, and revenue monitoring, as well as responsibility for profits and losses.
- To establish, implement and execute the operational and financial strategy of the revenue management department, in line with the hotel general strategy and according to business plans approved by the company. The main objective is to maximize profits, market share and client’s satisfaction.
- In cooperation with the sales and marketing department and the hotel general manager, to set up turnover target for all customer segments: rooms, catering, and F&B to maximize the total turnover and implementing sales strategies to attain them.
- To analyze weekly and monthly the market share performance (MPI, ARI, RGI) and to make critical comments and recommendations on how to grow market share.
- To monitor the market and competitors.
- Make recommendations to department heads to develop turnover maximizing strategies.
- Provide revenue management expertise and leadership to the hotel general manager and managing teams of the hotel.
- Lead the yield meeting.
Profile Required
- Proficient in and French and English.
- Proficient in Opera software
- Proficiency in the Office Suite.
