Dans le cadre de notre prochaine réouverture, nous recherchons un adjoint gouvernant general (F/H)
Missions :
- Vous assistez la Gouvernante Générale pour garantir la mise en état quotidienne de l’ensemble des chambres ainsi que les lieux publics et locaux placés sous sa responsabilité.
- Vous contribuez à superviser la maintenance des chambres et des lieux publics en collaboration avec le Service Technique.
- Vous assurez le contrôle permanent de nos prestataires de service (chambres, lieux publics, linge et autres prestataires).
- Vous suivez les intervenants extérieurs / fournisseurs et la facturation de leurs services.
- Vous vous assurez du bon respect des normes de la marque et les procédures en place dans le service.
- L’excellente expérience client est votre priorité, vous veillez à la qualité des services et prestations offertes.
Profil recherché :
Nous recherchons un candidat(e) ayant une expérience similaire sur un grand établissement où la maîtrise de la gestions des sociétés de sous traitance, la rigueur, l’autonomie et l’organisation font la différence. Le leadership, l’adaptabilité, l’esprit d’initiative, le goût du service et la créativité seront des atouts déterminants
