We’re looking for exceptional candidates to join the Alliances & Channels team to help Partners develop leading Industry solutions & programs. This is a net new role that will address a key need to drive transparency and collaboration between Industries GTM, Product and Partners.

As a successful candidate, you will have deep industry experience and knowledge and understand how to inform Partners on asset creation strategy. You can successfully influence Partners to capitalize on market opportunities through solution development inline with Salesforce Industry & Product strategy. You have the ability to create a clear vision for driving growth through Partner Industry Solutions and can ensure success through stakeholder alignment, GTM planning and campaign execution

Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with A&C, Industries & Partners to align on Partner Solution build strategy
– Act as an advisor to our Consulting Partner ecosystem on areas within to invest and develop solution offerings
– Document & map all partner solutions within Hospitality; drive adoption & sales plays leveraging these solutions.
– Collaborate with Partner Sales & Partners on target end customer accounts and solution plays
– Drive Industry Solution campaigns with Partner Sales & Sales Programs
– Evangelize Partner Solutions to Field Sales

Experience/Skills Required:

Experience with deploying or using Salesforce with a hardworking vision for how we can change the industry in the Age of the Customer
Strong executive presence and an ability to quickly establish credibility with senior leadership
Outstanding written, verbal communication, presentation skills in front of audiences ranging from small executive meetings to very large keynote presentations
Self-starter with ability to multitask in the fast-paced and high-pressure work environment of a start-up paced software company
Strong customer orientation and results-driven individual
Strong understanding of Salesforce products
Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to structure sophisticated. problems, develop hypotheses, and present well-supported solutions
Proven ability to bring a solution to market across cross functional teams
