Situé au cœur du Triangle d’Or entre l’Arc-de-Triomphe et la place de la Concorde, le Paris Marriott Champs Elysees Hotel affiche fièrement sa devanture sur la plus belle avenue du monde. L’établissement dispose de 192 chambres et suites donnant sur les Champs-Elysées.

Résumé du poste

Le stagiaire accueille, renseigne et conseille les clients, qu’ils soient touristes ou hommes d’affaires. Il veille au bon déroulement du séjour des clients en satisfaisant au mieux leurs demandes, même les plus originales. Pour cela, il est en contact permanent avec tous les services de l’hôtel, et il gère les relations avec des prestataires extérieurs (loueur de voiture, agences de voyage, réservation de spectacles …). Il mémorise également toutes les habitudes et préférences des clients afin de les satisfaire au mieux lors de prochains séjours. Il connaît parfaitement les prestations proposées par l’hôtel, en informe le client et l’invite à les utiliser. Il apporte des informations sur Paris et tous les lieux touristiques et met à la disposition de la clientèle une documentation adaptée. Il s’assure de la mise à jour constante des informations afin d’être précis et efficace lorsqu’il informe les clients.
