Slack is looking for an experienced Director of Regional Marketing Manager for France to create and implement impactful regional marketing programmes that deliver pipeline and ACV for the region.
In this role, you’ll work closely with France sales leadership to understand specific market priorities, and advise and shape customer and prospect-facing programmes giving to pipeline and ACV. This role reports to the Senior Director of EMEA Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a regionally impactful marketing strategy that builds brand awareness, while also generating and accelerating opportunities and pipelines for the France region, in line with company objectives
- Develop and implement a broad range of integrated/digital field marketing programmes including brand, demand gen, webinars, events and account-based marketing campaigns to support regional sales objectives
- Enable sales teams with toolkits, templates, and campaign timelines to ensure alignment between outbound sales and marketing efforts
- Partner with regional sales leads to identify and implement process improvements that realise programme objectives
- Be the voice of the French region for central marketing functions (e.g. brand, demand gen, customer marketing, content marketing, product marketing) and collaborate with central teams across the Salesforce and Slack organisation to agree priorities for region and support execution of those programmes
- Partner with PR and comms team to deliver integrated marcomms plans in region in line with local strategy
- Work with the global localisation and content team to identify and localise global content that is locally relevant, ensuring we tell the Slack story in one voice
- Deliver impactful customer experiences and engagements together with our EMEA customer marketing, ABM and strategic event leads
- Forecast, measure, analyse and report programme results to drive continuous improvement and seek to generate new global standard processes through experimental efforts
- Manage the French regional marketing budget. Includes working closely with local agencies and external partners to deliver to specific business goals
Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in B2B regional marketing in a Saas environment.
- Successful track record in a senior marketing role, with strong field marketing experience
- Consistent record of building successful partnerships with sales teams to craft programmes that are results-driven.
- Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment and organisational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.
- Detail oriented, leaves no stone unturned in planning and processes.
- Clear, thoughtful communicator (verbal and written), with strong interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and creative problem solver, translates results into actionable insights for sales and marketing team.
- Evidence of building effective field marketing programmes in the French market, with excellent event management skills ensuring delightful customer experiences.
- Budget management. External agency / third-party management
- Fluent French speaker, with strong English written and verbal communication skills also.
