If you are driven, a natural team player, able to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, we are looking for you to join our Greek Sales Franchise as a part of Flow Rates Sales team. The role is based in Paris, France.

This position is a great opportunity to join the front office role within a dynamic and busy trading floor environment. You will be expected to maintain, and expand upon, existing relationships with institutional clients in Greece and Cyprus. You will be directly working with the trading and research teams to provide comprehensive client coverage, fulfilling client requests for market updates, executing client orders and providing clients with information about specific securities.

Job responsibilities:

  • You’ll make impact by performing rates sales for Greek institutional clients supporting the day-to-day client requests and needs.
  • You’ll work independently and effectively complete a transaction from start to finish
  • You will have a chance to understand firm’s approach and policies for managing risks in relevant business and applicable legal and regulatory rules, and follows policies
  • You will assist with the post trade process by ensuring the accuracy of all entries and to ensure internal controls are followed

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • You have prior experience in sales and Greek language is a requirement
  • You can demonstrate proficiency with market and product (e.g., pricing, models, etc)
  • You take pride in your entrepreneurial drive with strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • You understand the different types of risk and you can discuss in detail ways of managing these risks
  • You have a solid understanding in drivers of relevant markets, and have an ability to efficiently articulate concepts and ideas
  • You able to thrive on the challenge of competitive pressures and remain focused on client needs
  • Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, can engage and influence partners and stakeholders
  • You are self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
