Temporary Olympic Customers & Demand Planning Manager

Coca-Cola is the proud worldwide partner of the Paris 2024 Olympics and Paralympics Games. Our role will be to refresh all the athletes, volunteers and spectators during those 4 weeks with our loved brands, done in a sustainable way, to build a better shared future. Paris 2024 will be undoubtedly the most innovative Games with a strong ecological and societal push.

Our main challenge will be to deliver +20M beverages to 15 000 athletes, 45 000 volunteers and +15M visitors; while making those Games a strong driver of the overall Coca-Cola business’ acceleration from all angles (Marketing, Commercial, Revenue Growth Management, Human Resources, External and Internal communication, etc.).

We also sell our products to some different populations:

  • Public in competition sites but also in temporary celebration zones
  • Temporary Olympic Customers (TOC) who are working and living in France during the Games

We need to ensure the excellence of the operations with those customers and consumers, to ensure relationships with them, ensure the products availability by the demand accuracy.

In this perspective, we are looking for one TOC (Temporary Olympic Customers) & Demand Planning Manager, ready to join us in turning our passion into action, candidate who welcomes the challenges of working on one of the biggest events in the World, has strong analytics and commercial skills, agility and resilience skills, is at ease in dealing with ambiguity and multi-tasking, who works hard and is passionate about sport and the Olympics and Paralympics.

This position will combine different expertise: within Supply-Chain & Commercial.

Job summary

  • Demand planning & volume tracking
    • Tracks the Value In Kind (VIK) demand: update the VIK tools vs the moving forecast (range volume per day per site) – ensures accuracy of daily report
    • Tracks the sales volume in every concessions and hospitality
    • Communicates daily results – ensures to give reliable datas AAR
  • Commercial interface
    • Takes over of management of the TOC program as of early 2024: ensure the relationships with the customers, answers to TOC’s needs, receives and places orders for TOC, secure service excellence in interface with supply chain partners
    • Contributes to the success of the celebration zones by building the relationships with the different concessions operators, ensuring integrity of products’ range and service – is the single point of contact for execution standard for the prioritized celebration zones

Key skills and experience required

  • Excel expert, knowledge of project management tools
  • Ability to analyze data with strong rigor, simplify, synthetize and build powerful presentations to support the project
  • Project management skills, organizational skills, ability to coordinate inputs, requirements, and demands of numerous constituencies and stakeholders into a cohesive effort
  • Relevant work experience in a business function with proven commercial experience
  • Knowledge of the Coca-Cola system in France (i.e. Company and Bottler), of the Marketing/Commercial/Bottler dynamics, and of the execution of System’s plans, will be a strong plus
  • Experience in navigating complex networked environments with proven ability to manage various internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable in a business relationship
  • Knowledge of agile methodology and ways of working is a plus, willingness to learn and to implement agile practices is expected
  • Fluent in English, French would be a plus
