The mission of the Twitch Brand Partnership Studio is to empower brands to authentically engage live communities. This mid-level role will work alongside other Creative Strategists, Program Activation Managers, and Creative Producers to create game-changing custom campaigns, pog-worthy live activations, and provocative new content initiatives. The Creative Strategist will also act as a sherpa for brands hoping to engage with the Twitch audience, gaming industry, and live streaming technology to help drive advertising customers in a meaningful way.
Key job responsibilities
As a Creative Strategist, you will work on large-scale, high profile advertising campaigns for Twitch’s most important brand clients in France, Benelux and beyond.
The Creative Strategist will concept and pitch inspiring branded content campaigns that translate clients’ goals into compelling content and experiences on Twitch. You will also identify and design new sponsorship opportunities for brands by collaborating with streamers who want to create new original content series or push existing ones to the next level.
Working across a number of advertising verticals (CPG, QSR, FMCG, Gaming, Technology, Finance, Retail, Automotive, etc), you will uncover cultural insights on Twitch, the gaming community, and a Gen-Z audience – and transform insight to ideas by developing strategic brand narratives for brand clients.
You will partner with media agencies, creative agencies, and brand marketers throughout France and Benelux to attend pitches, brainstorms, and collaborative work sessions to evangelize and educate on behalf of the Twitch service.
As the main Brand Partnership Studio point of contact with the ad sales team, the Creative Strategist will work closely with the different local sellers, sales planner, sales marketers, insight managers and customer success manager to deliver best in class brand activations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– You have proven experience within a dedicated creative team at an agency, brand, or media platform and at least 5 years in digital.
– You’re a storyteller at heart, and are able to deliver at a high level in both written and verbal form to clients at a senior level.
– You must be familiar with the RFP process, reading between the lines of marketing briefs, clearly defining brand problems, and crafting compelling solutions backed by cultural insights.
– You should have an understanding of Twitch, the Influencer space, branded content and the digital advertising landscape.
– You will have a portfolio of branded content work, solid creative instincts and high standards for campaign work.
– You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams across markets.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Creative agency, In-House Publisher/Brand creative experience.
– Passion for Twitch, gaming, and/or esports.
– You have your hand on the pulse of local culture across France and beyond.
