We are looking for a Payment Operations Coordinator to join the P&G Team in France.
Job Responsibilities:

As Payment Operations Coordinator, you be the specialist to support Sales organization in the process of trade fund system management, and payment to customers.
You will build expertise on the end-to-end payments to customers, carry out operational processes.
Your core responsibilities are:
- Lead year-end closing process in line with company policies.
- Conduct end-to-end payment process to customers.
- Ensure on-time payment per lead time with sufficient supporting documents.
- Conduct random audits of trade fund spending.
- Ensure spending in line with company guidelines.
- Support external audits if happening.

Job Qualifications
We are looking for:
- BAC+2 to BAC+4 or equivalent
- Strong academic results
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to show effective leadership to solve problems and to set priorities
- Ability to learn from others and be self-learning
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work within diverse organizations and teams
- Intermediate English level and fluent French
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
