As part of one of the world’s leading entertainment groups, NBCUniversal International Networks & Direct-To-Consumer is responsible for publishing more than 70 TV channels worldwide (NBC, USA Network, SYFY, 13ème Rue, E! Entertainment, Bravo, Telemundo, etc…) and the Peacock video-on-demand platform.
The EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) division manages the publishing of European, Middle Eastern and African English and French speaking channels and is based in London, Madrid and Paris.
Job Description
Within the Acquisitions Department of the Paris office, your role will be to assist the teams in charge of the 13ème RUE and SYFY channels, by participating in the following missions:
- Acquisition screenings, editorial researches, and viewing notes.
- Daily updates of several databases linked to business & production updates.
- Support in the administrative follow-up of acquisition
- Assistance in the linear and non-linear programming of the channels (stocks, programming schedules, etc.)
- Liaison with the marketing department for promotional elements of programs and press releases

Qualifications
- Bac+4/5 university degree ideally oriented in media/audiovisual/literary and artistic property
- Knowledge of audiovisual programs (series) and affinity with film news
- Very good knowledge of software (Word, Powerpoint and especially Excel)
- Excellent level of written and spoken French (native speaker level)
- Impeccable spelling, ability to summarize and good writing skills
- Excellent level of written and spoken English (part of the exchanges and meetings will be in English).
- Conventioned internship (mandatory)
