About the role

Our Global Hardware Assisted Verification (HAV) division in Siemens EDA is one of the largest contributors of revenue to the company and a critical element for customer satisfaction and success.

As Technical Product manager you are responsible for the planning and governance of the next generation of the Prototyping products development, within the Emulation & Prototyping product families. You will be responsible for supervising the successful delivery of the program’s output/product, which includes both hardware and software deliverables. This requires a thorough coordination of all projects involving Marketing, R&D, Operations, Quality/Reliability and Finance groups.

More specifically, the Program manager will ensure:

• The definition of the Technical Product manager, the key objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with executive stakeholders

• The daily program management overview, throughout our defined product life cycle (PLC) process, supporting our delivery teams efficiently

• The scheduling of key tasks and deliverables, with a close monitoring of their progress, along with the delivery of the main program documentations

• The coordination of the projects and their dependencies among the various HW and SW groups located in multiple geographies (France, Germany, US…)

• The risks mitigation and issues solving and corrective action plan tracking

• The program reporting requirements within with the division, to the top management and potentially contributing to communication to external parties (providers, customers…)

• The program governance monitoring, ie resources definition, regular reviews, budget, metrics…

This role is a permanent contract, ASAP, based in Paris (France) or Munich (Germany)

Your qualifications

We would love to hear from you if you have Master in Electronics, Computer Science combined to a tried and confirmed experience of 10+ years of program management in a complex industrial and technological environment; Program Management Office experience (program organization, priority management, reporting, KPI…), Technical background in HW/SW product development should be appreciate.

• Strong experience in handling hardware and software programs leading to high tech product development and scalable deployment in the field

• Familiar with the definition and application of ‘industry standard’ Product Life Cycle (PLC)

• You have excellent skills of team leadership across organizations/geographies. You are also qualified as highly dependable and autonomous with a sense of organization Your collaborative approach allows you to communicate at all levels of the hierarchy

• IC product / market knowledge, EDA knowledge would be a plus

As you work in an international environment proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
