Your mission

You will Join our team as PCB Application Engineer(f/m/d) and help us digitalize the future.

This PCB applications engineer role will be covering the complete aspects of modern PCB design and analysis including DFM, as well as covering the infrastructure aspects.

In this role, you’ll take technical ownership of sales engagements in close cooperation with the account teams.

Your key responsibilities would include:

• Respond promptly and professionally to requests to Take technical ownership of sales engagements and being a real Architect solution.
• You can build proof of concept environments, you are skilled in presenting and demonstrating EDA products in a sales pursuit, in the context of a particular customer’s business needs, with an emphasis on business value.
• You appreciate working with customers and customer support division in a consultative mode to assist in their deployments and further implementation of the solutions, including delivery of advanced training but also provide advanced support or workshops
• This role is pan-European, and part of the European technical sales organization’s PCB team, and requires from time-to-time travel, both European and International.

What you need to succeed with us?

We loved to hear from if you have experience with the complete PCB design flow, from component to PLM and ideally have some experience with FPGA design and FPGA vendor tools

• Preferably have experience to perform SI/PI analysis on interfaces such as DDR3/4/5, SerDes channels, etc.
• Technical astute when it comes to computers and software but also basic scripting skills
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships and expectations are hugely beneficial.

There’s an advantage to have experience from comparable jobs, but not a requirement
