Business Development Manager (Fixed Term)

* Please note this is a fixed term contract role.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help us scale an entrepreneur development program within Amazon’s Last Mile across Europe. As a data-driven company, Amazon leverages data to inform its decisions, innovations, and opportunities. With thousands of talented and entrepreneurial-minded leaders in the logistics space, the program is offering promising entrepreneurs the opportunity to propel their careers forward and acquire the business toolkit to become small business owners. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating cross-functionally, coordinate with external partners, and execute program strategies to deliver on desired outcomes and gather data to measure the program’s performance.

Key job responsibilities
– Partner with internal stakeholders to drive execution of go-to-market plans
– Gather and report data to evaluate performance
– Liaise with external organizations to deliver on program offerings

About the team
Amazon Logistics, or AMZL, handles ‘last mile’ delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. We utilise creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to get millions of physical products into the hands of our customers. Our goal is to make our customers’ delivery experience as smooth as possible and roll out global delivery solutions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– A degree
– Relevant experience in programme, product or project management
– Relevant experience working cross-functionally to meet objectives
