Job Description

We are looking for an IT manager to work in our multi billion dollars business to help shape the Retail Execution IT space for our France business, for brands such as Gillette, Venus and much more.

You will be embedded in the France Sales Organization in Paris. You will leverage your strong IT and analytical skills and your business understanding to manage and improve the ongoing Master Data maintenance and KPI Reporting for the Salesforce.com solution used by the Sales Development Organization, and the reporting solutions based on Azure and Power BI. You will also manage the first level of support for the Salesforce application for France, together with the key user network, and you will coordinate support with the Level 2 support team.

This role in between IT and the business, offers ample opportunities to contribute to the business in a very visible way and to become a Salesforce.com and Power BI expert.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G’S SUCCESS:

  • You will be the expert of the Salesforce.com data model, master data and KPI reporting for France.
  • You will be responsible for the Master Data maintenance for Salesforce.Com. You will build up deep knowledge of the data model and the business context. You will organize and orchestrate the process for Master Data gathering from the various business owners. You will participate to key business meetings in order to gather the objectives and key data which need to be set in the system. You will train the data owners to provide the data in the right and timely manner. You will own ongoing data updates and will work with the IT support team to orchestrate the quarterly Master Data updates. You will be accountable for data quality and timeliness, and will drive continuous improvements to the data maintenance processes.
  • You will have a key role in the KPI reporting for the organization. You will build up deep understanding of the KPI metrics and the related business processes. You will own the ongoing delivery of the KPI reports to the business, and you will build the technical expertise to address new reporting needs and improvements to the reporting solutions and processes overall. You will train the organization on the KPI reporting.
  • You will be the key contact for questions from the business related to the KPI reports and the data. In case of questions or issues, you will do the initial analysis, you will be able to differentiate issues related to user training, from issues related to the data, from system issues. You will follow up accordingly with users, data owners, and the IT support team.
  • You will organize and lead the first level of support for the Salesforce application for France, working closely with the key user network on the one hand, and the level 2 support organization in IT on the other hand.
  • You will own the reference documentation related to the KPIs, reporting and master data, and will establish the necessary processes to ensure documentation and training materials are kept up to date.

Job Qualifications

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU ARE/HAVE:

  • Master’s degree (bac +4 or +5). Business / Management Information Systems or Software Development, Information Technology.
  • Based in Paris
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong IT skills and analytical skills
  • Good understanding of data modeling
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to operate within a business team, in touch with the business and data owners
  • Execute with excellence
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Can work autonomously
  • Solid knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Azure and Power BI are a plus
