We are looking for a Corporate Tax Manager to join the P&G Team in France. You will manage all corporate tax activities related to P&G’s operations in France (and potentially other countries), contribute to tax projects and be responsible for tax compliance and reporting activities (legal entity structure charts, TP reporting, etc.).
YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G’S SUCCESS:
- Responsibility for direct and indirect tax matters in France.
- Tax Forecast (incl. any FIN-48 and Indirect Tax reserves positions), quarterly/yearly US GAAP and yearly local GAAP tax provisions.
- Oversight of tax return preparation (incl. any tax schedules) and submission and other tax forms’ submissions as required.
- Tax liability tracking and tax payments.
- Tax audit management, including tax Information requests and audit queries.
- Tax assessment review.
- Transfer pricing reporting and APA.
- Staying up-to-date with tax legislation and communicating changes to the organization.
- Control Self-Assessment and statutory audit related activities.
- Other Tax Compliance activities (LE structure charts, APB 23 confirmations, TP charts, other requests etc.).
- Management of external advisors and professional fees.
- Training & Organization related activities.
Job Qualifications
YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Strong accounting and tax technical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to be able to interact effectively both internally (across accounting, legal, tax etc.) and externally (with consultants, statutory auditors and tax authorities).
- Agility to learn and grow continuously.
- Ability to be disciplined in order to meet all compliance related deadlines.
- A good working knowledge of information systems (SAP, MS SharePoint/Teams environments) would be a must for the job.
