CPS manufactures concentrates, beverage bases and fruit juices for the various Brands of the company and for sale to bottling partners all over the world. This global organization manages a network of 18 manufacturing plants in 17 differents countries.
Material Management Manager
Can be based in Singapore or Shanghai (Hybrid working arrangement)
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This role needs to continuously optimise the structure and scope of the Materials Management team, its processes, systems, and measurements. It will regularly solve for both short term and long-term material supply capacity constraints. There is a requirement to ensure competitive advantage on our procurement spend and continuously identify value creation opportunities to meet business and customer expectations.
- Lead and develop the Supply Chain Shared Services Materials Management team of
- Lead the execution of the East or West locations Inventory Policy for Raw Materials – including MRB and AOS review processes.
- Lead the execution of the UISS policy.
- Continuously and effectively collaborate with key stakeholders within East and West locations – Operations, Planning, Strategic Sourcing to ensure complete alignment with business needs and objectives
- Participate on the Supply Chain Shared Services Leadership Team – defining and driving the Vision and Business Plans for Materials Management
- Drive continuous improvement in the Materials Management policies, procedures, processes, and systems
QUALIFICATIONS & RELATED EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years in Supply Management / Supply Chain / Planning / Materials Management / Procurement
- 10+ years People Management experience
- Business Administration or Supply Chain Management degree
- APICs or equivalent certification preferred
