Job Description

We’re looking for world-class talent to help bring action-packed coverage of The Olympics and Paralympics to viewers across the country.

Set to take place in Paris, France, July 26-August 11, 2024, with the 17th Summer Paralympic Games from August 28-September 8, 2024, this is your chance to help shape one of the most monumental moments in sports.

As an on-site Accommodations Manager, you will be the driving force behind the seamless logistics for 1,500 NBC Olympic travelers, ensuring their comfortable stay in Paris by delivering exceptional local and hospitality services.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Be a local representative for NBC Olympics with 15+ Games-time hotels in Paris
  • Build relationships with NBC Olympic hotel properties, communicate business needs, maintain reservation lists, and provide organizational updates
  • Visit NBC Games-time properties to take photos of the space, confirm amenities, and determine nearby points of interest
  • Provide local area information including restaurants, ground transportation, and shopping
  • Assist with the local hotel contract negotiations when necessary for additional room nights outside of the Olympic block and function space
  • Provides on-site support to NBC Olympics travelers during their stays in Paris
  • Aid additional recruitment, training, and management of Games-time staff for the Logistics Office

Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years hotel or accommodations experience
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills
  • CRM and additional technical skills
  • Proficient French and English language skills required
  • Must be local to Paris (provide own accommodation)
  • Strong work ethic, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn essential
  • Flexibility to work weekends/12+ hour days as required

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under pressure with tight deadlines, simultaneously handling multiple projects
