Job Description

Within the Marketing Department of NBC Universal Global Networks France, you will assist the Marketing team (Digital, Brand, Press & Public Relations) on all B2B and B2C communication actions for the group’s channels available via the Universal+ entertainment offer, by participating in the following missions:

PRESS & BRAND:

  • Support for press, brand and digital communication initiatives
  • Receive and manage media assets (visuals, videos, etc.) and send out promotional material
  • Follow-up on journalists’ requests (follow-up calls, sending visuals or viewing links, interview requests, etc.)
  • Drafting of monthly highlights, weekly spotlights and press releases
  • Brief et suivi de la mise en place des campagnes de publicité avec l’équipe créative et l’agence media

DIGITAL & SOCIAL NETWORKS:

  • Support for social media strategy.
  • Elaboration of a monthly calendar of engaging social content with the content agency: brief, operational follow-up, sending of elements.
  • Briefing and monitoring of paid campaign implementation with the creative team and media agency.
  • Digital monitoring and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Student in communications/marketing/digital at business/communications school or university (Bac+4/+5)
  • Excellent oral and written skills in French and English
  • Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere)
  • Good organizational skills & rigor
  • Excellent knowledge of digital and social networks
  • Proactive and creative
  • Passion for series, cinema and entertainment in general
