What will you be doing?

We’re hiring an Internal Communications Apprentice to help us look after our comms in France as part of our dynamic and agile communications team working to inform, inspire, and engage our incredible Salesforce employees. This role will focus on Employee communication and engagement in France.The individual will work closely with our Employee Engagement Communications Manager for France to support our France Country Leader France and the leadership team. Success in this role requires clear and compelling writing in both English and French, a willingness to work hard in ambiguity, and the ability to navigate a complex and rapidly evolving organization. We need a self-starter and avid learner, who is creative and passionate about the success of your business partners and team. And, someone who is a brilliant communicator with a solution-oriented mindset and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Support the EMEA Employee Comms Director and Employee Communications Manager for France on our communications including for the France country leader, and other members of the leadership team to help them to share our story with employees, further strengthen our high-performance culture, and achieve our business goals
  • Work on and manage projects to help build engagement with and tell the story of our France Employees
  • Write/create/produce memorable and engaging communications for our internal channels (e.g. All Hands Calls, Slack, e-mail, digital screens, video, employee events, etc)
  • Support local, regional, and global campaigns/communication plansthat tell the Salesforce story and drive awareness of key initiatives
  • Work with the EMEA Employee Comms & Engagement team on regional programs and projects
  • Create shared content and tools for leaders to help them communicate clearly with their people
  • Help us find new and effective ways to deliver engagement and fun in a digital-first world
  • Help us to look after the #all-france Slack channel as well as the country channels
  • Track and measure program results and identify key learnings to help improve how we communicate
  • And yes … maybe even write some organizational announcements!
