The Responsable Relations Sociales will be responsible for supporting for the operation of the Staff Representative Bodies. They will provide advice and support for the management and the managers of operational units on legal and disciplinary matters. They will look to define and oversee the deployment of the long-term social strategy while ensuring the legal and regulatory compliance is in place. They will work toward an environment that allows them to establish collaborative relationships with the social partners of the legal entity, and to anticipate the needs at the social level of the organizations and the Associates.
