DESCRIPTION

We are searching for a Senior Programme Manager, DSP Driver Hiring Automation who will be responsible for owning the EU-level strategy and execution of the third-party Applicant Tracking System software that DSPs across the region use to increase the speed, efficiency, and quality of their hiring efforts.

This is a highly visible role with interactions up to director and VP levels and offers 360 responsibility to manage and refine a fast-growing program with large budget accountability. The ideal candidate will have experience liaising between external customers, cross-functional internal stakeholders, and third party SAAS providers to deliver results and user experiences.

Key job responsibilities

  • Partner with key programme stakeholders to ingest and drive the implementation of features and user improvements and negotiate both externally and internally.
  • Develop and track customer satisfaction to continuously improve programme performance and evaluate the marketplace for alternative products and services.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Degree
  • Relevant experience in third-party vendor management
  • Relevant experience in project management, running multiple projects with cross-functional teams
  • Relevant experience handling direct corporate budget accountability
  • Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite and visualization tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advance Degree
  • Relevant experience in product management
  • Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
  • Relevant experience in user research to develop new products
  • Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
