Four Seasons Hotel George V

Just off the Champs-Elysées, Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris is superbly located in the heart of the most fashionable quarter of Paris. Fronting on Avenue George V, it is ideally situated near the business district and major tourist attractions.

The 244 rooms Hotel includes 59 suites. Classic French furnishings and Parisian style create an elegant residential atmosphere. The hotel’s5 Michelin starred restaurants serve refined cuisine in an elegant and warm atmosphere.

We are looking for our Parisian property for an experienced and qualified Food & Beverage Manager in Training (MIT) (M/F).

The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in a European country.

A fluent level of French and English are required.

Position based in Paris.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for individuals with exceptional interpersonal, organization, and communications skills.Someone who is able to successfully multi-task in a fast-pasted environment, is proactive, creative, and enjoys working in a team environment.

Essential Functions

  • To provide guests with a pleasant, efficient and professional service in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
  • To check the smooth running of the service sequences performed by the teams in order to ensure a unique service experience for our customers.
  • Assist the work of the employees according to the activity of the department.
  • Be aware of the day’s instructions and ensure that they are followed.
  • Be familiar with the computer software used in the store (Micros, Opera, etc.).
  • Support the integration and training of new employees and help them with their tasks.
  • Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the various work premises as well as the equipment made available.
  • Keep the Manager or his Assistants informed of all customer complaints and find solutions to resolve the problem.
  • Actively participate in the good management of the different services in order to perpetuate the company’s activity.
