ABOUT THE ROLE

The mission of our people team is to hire, develop and retain high performing team members across the organization. This role will give you a full view of what it means to work in a People team. You will leave with direct experience in recruitment processes and knowledge of industry best practice. In this role you will report into our People Partner working from either Berlin, Paris.

As our Intern – People (Recruitment), you will:

  • Taking ownership of the recruitment process for all internships positions

  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process; from screenings to job offers;

  • Post job adverts and manage our advertising platforms

  • Liaise with hiring managers about recruitment processes

  • Compile and share weekly recruitment reports with our local operations team

  • Set up offer letters and send them to candidates

  • Update our documentation around recruitment resources and processes

  • Occasionally support the people operations team with other ad hoc duties

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you:

  • Are interested in what makes a company truly effective whilst fostering an inclusive company culture

  • Are an experienced user of the Google suite

  • Are enrolled in, or very recently graduated from, a relevant university programme

  • Are available full-time for a minimum period of 4 months

  • Ideally have experience working in a remote work environment

  • Are fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a plus

  • Have some understanding of how ATS systems work

  • Thrive in a scrappy environment with a high level of ambiguity
