2. Management Audit: • Follow-up of supplier contract management • Performing internal checks on all administrative processes for recording revenue at the various points of sale. • Cost Control: follow-up of Flash Food cost, implementation of recipe sheets and follow-up of Menu Engineering in collaboration with Chefs de Cuisine and Purchasing. Follow-up of the integration of Avero / Micros / Birchstreet IT systems.
3. Balance Sheet: • In collaboration with the 1st Accountant, ensures the monthly reconciliations of the various Asset and Liability accounts of all the companies in the owner’s group.
4. Reporting: • In collaboration with the 1st Accountant and the DOF Assistant, the general accountant actively participates in monthly closings, monthly and annual reporting.
