Vos missions :
Rattaché (e) à l’activité Building Products de la division Smart Infrastructure, vous dirigerez l’équipe en charge du marché français du portfolio Sécurité Incendie.
Le challenge :
Vous conduisez une croissance rentable et assurez un portefeuille de produits de sécurité incendie innovants, avec un positionnement leader sur le marché français,
En tant que Directeur(trice) Portfolio France, vous :
- Êtes responsable du portfolio français et de la gestion des produits de l’activité Sécurité incendie, au sein de notre Business Unit Building Products,
- Définissez la vision et la stratégie, en étroite ligne avec le portefeuille Européen,
- Garantissez un portefeuille de produits innovants pour le marché français, en tirant parti des éléments du portefeuille local et mondial,
- Dirigez l’équipe Produit France, et soutenez le siège mondial,
- Pilotez activement la transformation du portefeuille, tenant compte du marché français et des opportunités de la digitalisation,
- Dirigez et facilitez les efforts continus pour adapter les méthodes de travail, afin d’assurer l’orientation client, la rapidité et l’efficacité,
- Collaborez étroitement avec les équipes du portfolio européen, vos homologues, et les équipes d’intégration et maintenance, pour développer l’activité,
- En tant que leader, vous écouterez, accompagnerez, et encouragerez votre équipe à la collaboration et l’orientation client.
Ce poste à pourvoir dès que possible en CDI est basé à Vélizy (78).
Des déplacements fréquents (environ 10 à 20%) sont à prévoir.
Les atouts pour réussir :
De formation Ingénieur ou équivalent, vous avez une expérience approfondie du marché français de la sécurité incendie, et de sa réglementation,
Une appétence pour la digitalisation serait un plus,
Une capacité à collaborer dans un environnement international, à manager une équipe avec empathie, et à accompagner le développement des talents,
Une maitrise courante du français et de l’anglais. La pratique de l’allemand serait un plus.

The Role
You will be leading the team that delivers our fire safety product portfolio for the French market.
The Challenge
You drive profitable growth and ensure an innovative fire safety product portfolio above the levels of our key competitors in the French market.
As the Head Fire Safety Products France, you will:
- Be responsible for the French portfolio & product management of the business segment Fire Safety within our Business Unit Building Products.
- Set vision and strategy in close alignment with the EN portfolio.
- Ensure an innovative fire safety product portfolio for the French market – leveraging local and global portfolio elements.
- Lead the local French product management team and support the global headquarter.
- Actively drive successful transformation of the portfolio in view of the French market and digitalization opportunities.
- Drive & facilitate continuous efforts to adapt the way-of-working within the team to ensure customer-orientation, speed, and efficiency.
- Collaborate very closely with the EN portfolio management, your peers, and the country Solution and Service organizations, to develop the business.
- As a leader, you will listen, empower your teams to contribute, foster collaboration and focus on the customer. We stand by: ‘It is time to care!’
Use your skills and experience to make an impact:
- Academic degree in engineering, business, or other related fields.
- Several years of product management experience.
- Strong experience in the French fire safety market and regulations.
- Domain-relevant digital knowledge is a definite plus.
- Demonstrated an outstanding ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries.
- Ability to lead a team with empathy and ability in developing talents.
- High level of communications skills with ability to collaborate and communicate with employees and other stakeholders – including at a senior management level.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 10-20%)
Fluency in French and English- German language skills in an additional asset
