We have an exciting opportunity for you to work as Site Focal / Business Support Specialist at our location in Paris, France.

As part of the Boeing International Enterprise Services team for Europe you will report to the Business Support Manager for Germany, Benelux & France.

Tasks and Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Lead integration of activities across more than one discipline within Boeing International Enterprise Services (BIES)
  • Provide administrative, personnel and customer support to facilitate onsite activities
  • Support projects and process plans and the implementation of policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders and peers
  • Ensure compliance to in-country legislation and company requirements
  • Support non-production procurement and invoice management as required
  • Develop and manage site emergency planning including documentation updates through internationally provided processes, templates and testing
  • Accountable for ensuring that all health and safety policies and procedures are systematically applied
  • Manage company provided lease cars
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new hires
  • Administer local credit card requirements
  • Coordinate work permits and residency visas
  • Support reception desk duties as required (back-up during sick leave, vacation, etc.)
  • Support internal SharePoint management
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Create reports for internal reporting requirements (i.e. 5-year headcount numbers)
  • Support budget planning
  • Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data
  • Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data
  • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
  • Structure large data sets to find usable information
  • Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings
  • Prepare regional team meetings and arrange offsite on behalf of BIES Europe leader
  • Opportunities to support projects across the region in a support or leadership capacity

Basic qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and French; both verbal and written
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ work experience in administration, data analytics or business support
  • Must be a proactive, assertive, high energy individual and can work efficiently in an environment where priorities can change frequently.
  • Must be highly responsive to the needs generated by the day-to-day activities of the site and business management requirements
  • Should exhibit mature and independent judgment, initiative and flexibility
  • Able to solve problems as they arise and use initiative or seek clarification as appropriate.
  • Precise, accurate, and meticulous with outstanding organizational skills
  • Be capable working well with others.
  • Be computer literate with excellent experience of MS Office. Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with occupational health and safety is beneficial
  • Preferably experienced in working in a multicultural environment
