Marketing manager – Consumer Marketing Responsibilities:
- Build and develop the consumer marketing strategy for the rugby world cup partnership.
- Work cross functionally across creative, decision science, insight marketing, comms, product, business, policy, teams to determine marketing needs and develop an impactful strategic plan that demonstrates the value of Meta.
- Creative : define the overall creative concept. Create content ONP & OFP (TVC, OOH,…) in partnership with internal design resources and external agencies
- Ensure the creative content will be executed in a consistent way across all our key touchpoints (Media, social, experiential..)
- Experiential : lead the experiential strategy, to deliver a unique immersive experience for fans, manage the implementation. Experiential agency supervision.
- Social: improves the way people experience sports together and ensure that the overall mechanic that will create shareability and the conversation
- Hospitality & ticketing program : lead this program with the right internal POC, coordination with the agency and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Media & creators partnerships: in collaboration with partnerships ensure our actions involve the right media and creators to amplify our marketing actions.
- Build a strong relationship with France 2023 to share information consistently.
- Measurement: Measuring qualitative and quantitative impact of our marketing actions
- Plan and lead cross-functional efforts to develop joint strategies and plans, develop shared narratives, and coordinate key moments, positioning and campaigns
Minimum Qualifications:
- Multiple years of experience as marketing manager, in an international context.
- Proven success in driving experiential marketing campaign
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, G Suite, and related project/program management
- Social and brand content experience
- Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being solution-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
- Solid experience in fostering seamless cross-functional working relationships in medium to large organizations
- Native French speaker with excellent level of English (writing, speaking and presentation skills required).
- Available to travel through France especially between September and October.
- Knowledge and appetite of metaverse, social and innovation
- General knowledge of advertising / marketing / brand experience
