Then join us as an E-Mail Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to support our team as part of the B2B Marketing department. You will delight our customers with high-end communication activities and furthermore create a need for our products and pass on qualified warmed-up leads to the Sales teams with a focus on the DACH (Germany, Switzerland and Austria) market.
- You create, manage, and analyse Email campaigns
- You analyse leads activity, market conditions, and competitor information to constantly optimize your current and future outbound campaigns
- You will work as our Marketing Cloud expert to maintain and develop customer communication for 7 international markets
- You continuously optimize outbound campaign activities based on relevant KPIs
- You form target group segments and create new potential for addressing the right person at the right time by analysing data
- You work with our CRM database and can bring in optimisations for data extraction/management
- You closely cooperate with the Lead Management team and Market Managers to coordinate target group, content, planning, and development of the customer journey
- You establish and develop Trusted Shops brand awareness, grow relationships with prospects, and bring visitors to our websites via inbound mailings, working closely with other involved Marketing teams
