SailPoint Migration Coordinator

 

The SailPoint Migration Coordinator will manage the sales processes for IdentityIQ customers who are interested in learning what it takes to upgrade their solution to SailPoint’s Identity Security Cloud SaaS solution.

 

The right candidate for the position will enjoy working with existing customers’ migration opportunities while simultaneously building a healthy long-term pipeline of SailPoint prospects. You will organize and conduct sales presentations and work with Sales Engineers to conduct product demonstrations to prospects.  In addition, you will work closely with the Business Value Assessment team, our Professional Services team, the Customer Success team, and our partners.  All to effectively deliver SailPoint’s migration value proposition to our IdentityIQ customers.

 

This role is consultative by nature and we pride ourselves on creating a unique selling experience for our prospects while guiding them with insight and knowledge on how best to architect the Identity Security program. You will work hard to deeply understand the specific challenges that prospects are faced with, and subsequently help them achieve high value, positive business outcomes leveraging SailPoint Identity Security solutions. This is a high-paced role, where you are expected to own deals from cradle-to-grave, working closely with the respective sales support system (SME’s, Sales Engineers, Pro Serv, and partners).

Requirements:

 

To exceed quarterly/annual sales targets by driving new migration opportunities from IdentityIQ to IdentityNow and selling SailPoint solutions into corporate commercial accounts.

 

In this high-velocity role, expect to own deals from cradle-to-grave in collaboration with account teams, sales engineers, professional services, and partners.

You will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales.

 

Years of Experience: 3+ years of sales and Business Development experience in a SaaS/Cloud B2B environment

 

Suitable for someone with experience as an Inside Sales Representative, Customer Success Manager or Engagement Manager
