We are looking for chefs and chefs de partie for the Disneyland Hotel restaurants.

Missions :

• To prepare the daily production in compliance with the technical sheets and the established quality standards,
• Ensure the different posts (cold, hot, fillings, desserts…) while knowing how to adapt to unexpected situations (specific requests, allergies…),
• Participate in the integration and training of new employees and the follow-up of our alternating students and trainees,
• Respect and ensure compliance with health and safety standards (HACCP) on a permanent basis.

Profile :

• You master all culinary techniques (preliminary preparations, different cooking methods, dressing…)
• You have a first significant experience in a similar function
• You have a minimum level of French B1
• You are a team player in all circumstances and have good communication skills
• You are flexible and can be called upon to work from 6:30 am to 2:00 am, on weekdays and weekends
• Training in cooking is appreciated.
