For the Housekeeping department of the Disneyland Hotel, we are looking for Service Employees.
Mission:
- Participate in the maintenance of the common areas of our hotels (corridors, lobbies, …).
- Maintain the sanitary facilities (toilets, washbasins, etc.) and maintain the waste garbage cans.
- Maintain the outdoor public areas.
- Participate in the high pressure cleaning of floors and also use auto scrubbers, mono-brushes (internal training possible).
- Participate in the supply and storage of deliveries using a pallet truck.
- Make deliveries of costumes or linen to our Visitors or employees.
- Participate in moving furniture and setting up decorations in rooms.
- Create personalized moments of interaction with our Guests (parents and children) in line with the theme of your hotel.
- Deliver in room all the requests of our visitors (extra pillows, baby bed…)
- Guide and improve the experience of our Guests by offering alternative solutions or advice. You are “the” person who will improve their stay
- You may be required to clean rooms or change beds from time to time.
Your profile?
- You have a strong dynamism, you are smiling and curious to evolve in the world of customer relations in an international context.
- Do you have a first experience? It is ideal but not necessary.
- The position requires walking and prolonged standing, intensive use of stairs and carrying heavy loads.
- You will be required to work indoors as well as outdoors regardless of the weather conditions (winter, summer…)
- You master the French or English language at B2 level and the French or English language at B1 level. A third European language would be a plus.
- You are aware that a flexible schedule is necessary (work during the week, weekends and holidays).
