Job summary
The Coca-Cola Paris 2024 Olympics & Paralympics Partnership & Internal engagement apprentice will be responsible to support the partnership manager and the internal engagement team.
Speaking French and English is a must have in this role, located in Issy-les-Moulineaux – France, no relocation support provided.
Main responsibilities*
- Manage logistics (products deliveries, storage, etc.) for all the events related to Paris 2024 partnership such as Olympics & Paralympics week, 100 days to go, Olympic day.
- Support the approval process & ambush marketing program with partners & Paris 2024
- Support the team for all internal system engagement activations (inspirational session with athletes, sports experiences, internal meeting, ticketing strategy, Olympic Torch relay) and develop communication content and tools
- Manage relationships with key external partners such as Paris 2024 teams, partners and agencies
*Non-exhaustive – This role will evolve over time, other responsibilities may be assigned to the incumbent who should demonstrate agility and flexibility.
Key skills and experience required
- Previous experience in the sport industry or management of events
- Pro-active worker, coming with solutions together when flagging problems, with a flexible attitude to deal with changing priorities and multiple decision makers
- Rigorous and keen attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills, commitment to teamwork and ability to deal with cross-functional teams and projects
- Very creative and curious, externally focused
- Passionate with Sport and Olympic & Paralympic movement and values
- Good verbal and written communication skills in French and English
