Job Summary:

When it reopens, the Disneyland® Hotel will have a royal theme that will offer an even more immersive experience, enhanced by 5-star service and exceptional hospitality. The Disneyland® Hotel will be the realm of many Disney Princesses and Princes, with rooms and suites decorated in a refined style. The common areas (restaurants, bar, boutique, swimming pool, spa, etc.) will also be completely modernized and redesigned.

For the Disneyland Hotel Reception and Concierge, we are looking for Receptionists.

Missions:

  • Perform “check in” and “check out” of hotel visitors in accordance with procedures and protocols.
  • Inform the visitor about the content of his reservation package and give him indications concerning the organization of his stay.
  • Create personalized moments of interaction with our Visitors in line with the theme of your hotel and exceed their expectations.
  • Guide the visitors in the lobby of your hotel and answer all their questions. Optimizing their day will be your goal.
  • Improve the experience of our Guests (closed pools, …) by proposing alternative solutions. You are “the” person who will improve their stay.
  • Carry out additional sales actions: proposal of superior category room, dinner show, breakfast.

Profile:

  • You have a strong dynamism, you are smiling and curious to develop in the world of customer relations in an international context.
  • You are able to show empathy and your objective is to satisfy the customer in any situation.
  • You are at ease with computer tools,
  • You have a first experience? It is ideal but not necessary.
  • You have a good command of French (B2), English (B2) and a third European language (B1+/B2) and are aware that a flexible schedule is necessary (weekdays and weekends, working hours between 6:30 am and 1:00 am).

Additional Information:

These contracts are only in CDI 35h from Monday to Sunday.
Maximum working hours from 8am to 3am,

Interviews will take place remotely (only) for positions based in Marne-La-Vallée.
