You should be passionate about attracting & developing a world-class team that welcomes, celebrates, and leverages a diverse set of backgrounds and skill-sets to deliver results. Driving results through others is your primary responsibility, and doing so in a way that builds on our inclusive culture is key to our long-term success.

Mentorship & Career Growth
Our team is dedicated to supporting new team members. The team has a mix of experience levels, and we’re building an environment that celebrates knowledge sharing and mentorship. We care about your career growth. We create opportunities for you to continuously develop into a more well-rounded leader and builder, enabling greater customer impact and influence over time.

Inclusive and Diverse Culture
Our team is intentional about attracting, developing, and retaining amazing talent from diverse backgrounds. Yes, we secure the world’s most comprehensive cloud, and we believe a big reason for that is the inclusive and welcoming culture we cultivate every day.

Key job responsibilities

  • You proactively identify risks and bring them to the attention of your manager, customers, and stakeholders with plans for mitigation before they become roadblocks. You know when to escalate.
  • You communicate ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, to all types of audiences. You are able to write narratives and strategic documentation.
  • You work successfully with customers, leaders, and other engineering teams. You foster a constructive dialogue, harmonize discordant views, and lead the resolution of contentious issues (influence and build consensus).
  • You define metrics to measure team progress, customer experience, solution quality, and operational excellence.
  • Your team has customer engagement mechanisms, adheres to SLAs, and effectively manages operations.

A day in the life

  • You review new and ongoing security mitigations to implement, analysing the proposed path forward and course correcting rapidly.
  • You align the short term requirements with our long term investments, consistently measuring innovation impact, and proposing out-of-the box solutions.
