Short Description

You will be the part of Structured Investments Distributor Marketing (SIDM) which is a sales and structuring desk charged with creating and distributing cross-asset Structured Investments. It is done via Private Banks, Broker Dealers, Family offices and asset managers.

The team’s mission is to originate and distribute structured investments linked to equity, commodities, currency, fixed income and hybrid assets and partners with trading desk globally.

Job responsibilities

  • You’ll contribute to driving overall team’s systems and technology agenda, in particular with respect to automated pricing, structuring and execution of Structured Solutions
  • You will support new and existing client coverage for Structured Solutions across asset classes including structured products, funds and OTC derivatives
  • You will have to understand / manage the various sales partnerships across distribution channels to maximize product breadth/platform efficiency
  • You will represent JPMorgan at client conferences / events which can include speaking engagements and support senior salespeople with presentations, marketing collateral, meeting preparations, strategy guides, etc.
  • You will price and structure transactions (primarily equity) to meet investor requirements
  • You will manage the deal origination process working together with Trading, Legal and Operations
  • Partner with Cross Asset Structuring teams to enhance product offerings

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment of real-time Market pressures and easily remain focused on client needs
  • Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, can engage and influence partners and stakeholders
  • You’re attentive to detail and easily adaptable
  • You bring fundamental understanding of equity market & derivatives including their pricing components with technical skills
  • You have an initiative to question what they do and why they do it in order to seek enhancements to existing processes
  • You should possess language skills in German or French or Italian and be fluent in English
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Swiss clients in a sales or broking capacity (Clients incl. Private banks, family offices, broker dealers, pension funds and institutionals)
  • Role to be located in Paris
