We are seeking a customer-obsessed and agile Training Coordinator to join Amazon’s Global Security Academy (GSA). The coordinator will work to facilitate the implementation of Global Security Operations (GSO) learning worldwide, minimise the operational burden of that learning upon our operators, and develop meaningful action plans to optimise programme processes.
This individual will play a pivotal role in assuring the operational readiness of the Amazonians responsible for site security and loss prevention globally, through administration of the GSA. The coordinator will own frontline customer communication, deep dive and troubleshoot issues affecting the learner experience, and ensure optimisation of programme workflows, including training intake requests and documentation of standard operating procedures. Our primary responsibility is to help our audiences be more effective and productive in their roles.
Key job responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule training classes globally
- Liaise with customers to coordinate training schedules and completions
- Manage inbound communications including customer concerns
- Review training evaluations, compile results for reports
- Ensure proper implementation of standard onboarding processes globally
- Contribute to multiple curricula development projects simultaneously
- Manage GSO’s learning management system analytics
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in programme administration and team coordination
- Proven project management and programme management experience
- Experience as a Programme Administrator
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to perform well in spite of complex or ambiguous challenges
- Able to build positive customer relationships
- Have a deep interest in workflow optimisation
- Be a self-starter
- Superb communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Experience with learning management systems such as KNet, Maestro, Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, etc.
