We are looking for our Parisian property for an experienced and qualified Assistant(e) Project Manager in charge of ESG (M/F).
The applicant must hold a work permit in accordance with French legislation.
A fluent level of French and English are required.
Position based in Paris.
Profile Required
This position will play a critical role in assisting to the Project Manager in following up with all Hotel & Capex Projects and ensuring that projects run smoothly from start to finish by helping with planning & execution. She/He will also be in charge of implementing the property’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) efforts, contributing to Four Seasons commitment to protecting the planet and creating a positive impact in our communities.
The assistant to the PM/ ESG Officer is responsible for supporting the achievement of the property’s ESG objectives, including ensuring the success of the Green Team.
Essential Functions
- Work across all departments to ensure achievement of the annual ESG Field Goals and KPIs.
- Chair or co-chair Green Team meetings, including overseeing agenda items, organizing educational programs, and ensuring active engagement from all participants.
- Coordinate with Engineering and/or Finance to ensure utility data is reported in Hotel Energy Portal (HEP) on a monthly basis, and that progress towards environmental goals are reviewed in Green Team meetings.
- Coordinate across all departments to ensure the HEP Survey is completed annually and kept up to date as programs and projects are implemented on property.
- Work with Sales and Marketing to respond to customer requests around ESG.
- Participate, support, collect all necessary information for the BREEAM certification. To work with the Breem consultant in participating.
- Participate, support, collect all the information needed for the Decret Tertiaire.
- Oversee the strategic direction of community engagement projects, ensuring alignment with Four Seasons ESG pillars.
- If the property has a Community Committee this responsibility can sit primarily with that Committee, and the ESG Officer can instead focus on helping to drive engagement.
- Coordinate with P&C teams to ensure success of DIB programming.
- If the property has a DIB Committee this responsibility can sit primarily with that Committee, and the ESG Officer can instead focus on helping to drive engagement.
- Identify and implement opportunities to engage all team members around environmental and social impact projects.
- Coordinate with Corporate ESG Team as needed for any questions, support, feedback, or best practice sharing.
SUPPORTING THE PROJECT MANAGER
- Annual Capex elaboration with all departments of the Hotel and report to the Project Manager.
- Follow up of the annual Capex: validation of capex lines in accordance to the approved budget, entering the PO’s, and reporting back to the PManager of the status of Capex expenditure.
- Assisting to all the Hotel Projects with all the departments: collecting requests, quotes and presenting to the Project Manager to organize the projects.
- Follow up of all Hotel Projects in terms of deadlines and deliveries.
- Producing all PO’s associated with the Capex project, Hotel projects, renovation project related to specific projects.
- Other projects related to hygiene
