We are looking for a top-tier program management and disability inclusion professional to join the Office of Accessibility as Chargé de mission handicap and Referent Handicap for France.

Impact

Championing access and inclusion for France, a committed, innovative, strategic individual will build and operationalize the Country’s Disabilities @ Work Programme, with the goal of advancing employment opportunities within Salesforce for people with disabilities.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Develop country-specific plan to sustainably increase disability representation through enablement, processes, events and regional playbook improvements;
  • Provide flawless execution of the 3 year Disability Plan Collective agreement and underling budget management and reporting
  • Have an understanding of the latest Country laws and regulations and efficiently incorporate them into the program;
  • Maintain disability-related compliance in Country (including relationships with government bodies) and relationships with representative bodies
  • Collaborate with Recruiting teams to attract, source, and hire talent with disabilities;
  • Identify talent pipelines and sourcing partners that are passionate about employing people with disabilities;
  • Create and deliver enablement to Recruitment teams
  • Empower Hiring Managers with standard methodologies to help them hire and support the career growth of talent with disabilities
  • Use metrics and storytelling to communicate success and report the programme progress and success
  • Contribute as team member to other EMEA projects and activities as required

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience with disability inclusion and accessibility in a corporate setting with multiple successful implementation of disability plans (Accord Handicap) in a capacity of Chargé de mission handicap
  • Strong understanding of local legislation and third-party organizations related to disability
  • 7+ years program management, project management, or workforce development experience
  • Degree in Human Resources/Organizational Psychology, Disability management Master or relevant experience. Experience is evaluated based on the day-to-day skills required for the role, and can be from a variety of sources (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience).
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, constantly evolving workplace
  • Strong stakeholders management skills, with the ability to lead complex workloads and multiple demands
  • A resourceful self-starter with strong empathy and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with a collaboration suite such as Google Workplace Apps and Project management software is advantageous
